He has worked in the field of oncology in Australia for more than 30 years, and in the mid-1980s, he became the first generation of Chinese medical physicists sent to Varian in the United States for further study, and purchased China’s first imported Varian high-energy medical linear accelerator on behalf of the General Hospital of Beying Railway Medical College. In 1987, he went to Australia to study and received his master’s and doctor’s degrees successively. In 1990, he began to enter St. Vincent’s Hospital as a medical physicist. He has 40 years of clinical work and teaching experience in tumor radiotherapy at home and abroad, and has guided vanous precision radiotherapy techniques for different tumors for many years.
